eVision, Inc. return policy:
You may return unopened boxes of lenses or sterile glass vials within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges.
For any returns you must first contact a Customer Service
Representative at
customerservice@evision.com
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your RMA number
must accompany all returned merchandise. When returning an item to eVision.com,
please enclose your original invoice. Mail returns to: eVision, Inc.,

Prescription Verification Policy:
It's eVision's practice to verify every order with your eye care provider.
eVision or one of its trusted partners will attempt to contact your eye care
professional and wait for a response.

Information on a Prescription:
The information for each eye is identified as follows:
OD = Right Eye
OS = Left Eye
Brand:
Brand name of the contact lens
(Acuvue 2, Soflens, Focus, etc.)
Power/Sphere (PWR/SPH):
Strength or amount of correction
(a number between -20.00 and +20.00)
Base Curve (BC):
Curve of the contact lens' back surface
(a number between 8.0 and 10.0)
Diameter (DIA):
Diameter or size of the contact lens
(a number between 13.0 and 15.0)
Cylinder (CYL):
Correction for Astigmatic patients (toric lenses only)
(a number between -0.25 and -10.00)
Axis:
Correction for Astigmatic patients (toric lenses only)
(a number between 0 and 180)
Add Power (ADD):
Additional correction for bifocal contact lenses
(a number between +1.00 and +3.00)
